FurniMate Assorted Sound Dampening Clear Review

Used to support the PCIe card from the graphics card fan in a computer tower. Effective because the glue doesn't slip in warm environments, the material is strong, has the right cushioning and the profile is just right for my job. I look forward to using them in many household projects e.g. B. to prevent devices from slipping and not vibrating too much. Under speakers etc. Writing this I see more potential.

They are quite soft and have good friction to prevent objects from sliding on smooth surfaces. They also work well as bumpers for drawers and doors. The adhesive base works well. Nice range of sizes and they come in a nice plastic box. I used to buy bumpers from Home Depot (Everbuilt) and they were good but expensive. I then bought 3M bumpers from Lowes and not only were they expensive, they were too stiff so they slipped and didn't provide much cushioning as a bumper.

These FurniMate Adhesive Bumpers were purchased primarily for the correct size and 3M adhesive. The storage box was a nice bonus as it is durable and handy. I've researched many other similar products but found that most of them don't have good adhesion ratings. Based on past experience, 3M adhesive has never had this problem. This product exceeded my expectations. These bumpers came in a compact plastic case that is easy to store together. Multiple sizes are very convenient for different needs. The size of the hemisphere made such a significant difference in sound absorption that I removed and put on the bumpers that came with my new cabinets! I listened to my son get the cup, I usually hear the door slam. Instead, all I heard was a soft knock. I also used them to protect the wall from being hit by a cabinet handle.
