Works to fit parts

Used on a 2001 Crown Victoria, 90 degree angle is not the same as usual. My original Motorcraft has the vents straight up so I had to awkwardly tilt the hose to connect to this fram vent. But does the job. Next time I will order the original.

Pros
  • The PCV valve was the first exhaust system component fitted to production vehicles
Cons
  • Low repairability

Exact replacement for the best PVC valves, breathers and accessories

I initially thought it would not fit my 2000 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. The photo does not match what was sent. However, most people may not know that the two parts of this valve can be separated. If your vehicle doesn't use a side angle valve, simply remove the plastic piece from the metal piece to get a straight valve.

Pros
  • Package dimensions: 12.192 L x 3.556 H x 6.858 W (cm)
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Whilst I have yet to confirm this I can say that the picture of Revain does not match the part received. I was hoping it would have a port elbow. It's not like this; it is a stacked (dual) port type. Intended use is a 1996 T-Bird 4.6L V8. My original Motorcraft one-way valve barely fits under the standard inlet pipe. Since this fram cost little more than a handful of peanuts, I didn't mind cutting off the knee. I modified it by cutting the upper (EVAP) port tube flush with the remaining bend…

Pros
  • FRAM PCV valves can help your vehicle meet emissions standards
Cons
  • High price
