They fit and seem to work properly. When squeezed and released before installation, there was a big difference in the speed of their rebound, although this is not evident from the machines' response. They proudly bore the inscription "Made in China".

Shock absorbers are one of those things that are easy to forget until you remove them. My general philosophy with shock absorbers is not to replace them if something is wrong and when I saw oil dripping from one of the fronts I decided it was time to replace all 4. Nothing significant has changed, but it just "tightened" everything. The bumpy road gives the feeling of a new car. I hope they last as long as the OEMs. Why did I choose these shock absorbers? Remodeled the front of my 2002 S10 and in the process decided to replace the rear shocks. Not a huge difference in terms of a bouncy ride, but that's common on smaller trucks, especially when the bed is empty. However, they leveled and raised the rear to match the new shocks I put on up front. Shortly after installation I put together about 800 pounds of cinder blocks and the shocks held up well.
