Nice watch but a little difficult to put the charger on. The mounting system needs improvement. Not the same as my previous Garmin which was much easier to connect but with patience it can be connected.

Approach provides accurate shots, very convenient and you won't even realize you're wearing it. However, the battery is just enough for 1 round of golf (18 holes, approx. 4 to 4.5 hours).

The Approach X40 golf piece works very well. The problem is that part of the golf course was redesigned three years ago and I don't get the update. The website and software are useless, there is no technical support. It works great on old courses. The active tracking feature either doesn't work or I couldn't crack it. Can't find help online

The watch works, I would give it three stars for that, but the strap is not original. The replacement strap isn't pretty, it's quite flimsy and feels like it's about to break. Apparently it has been renovated. I needed a new watch because mine died trying to change the strap so I know if it breaks I won't be able to change this one (and it will). So far this works well and I've been very careful about fitting it to my wrist.
