New round watch design with a high-resolution sunlight-readable display. More than 42,000 courses preloaded from around the world. Provides yardages to the front, back and middle of the green, as well as to hazards and doglegs. Keep score right on the watch and upload directly to the Garmin Golf app (when paired with a compatible smartphone) to participate in weekly leaderboards. Automatically keep track of your score and how far you hit with each club with compatible Approach CT10 club tracking sensors (sold separately). Battery life: up to 30 hours in GPS mode.

Excellent goods! suitable for sports and portable gps

I used it with my Skygolf and it worked much better than SG3. It was an overcast day and the Skygolf kept losing connection, but Garmin never did. Very accurate and easy to use.

Serious Golf Watch

Everything you need to play golf without being distracted by heart rate, steps, messages, etc. You can focus on the game, not the clock. The battery life is excellent. The display is bright and clear in direct sunlight. Syncing with the Garmin Golf app for a more detailed view of the course took just a few minutes. My only gripe is that the strap isn't as wide as previous models, making the larger watch less stable on the wrist.

Exactly what I was looking for.

Once you get used to how the watch works it is very easy to use. Just turn it on, say you want to play (when you arrive at the golf course) and it will load the course for you. Then specify which tee you're teeing off from (although it doesn't really matter as it will still give you the information you need) and you're good to go. Shows the distance to the front, middle and back of the green and to obstacles (water, sand, etc.). The price of the watch is given, the data transfer is free. I…
