Be careful with the model. suitable for sports and portable GPS

I had many problems with this watch and called Garmin for support. They confirmed that this watch was the Asian market version. This does not allow you to update the software. Luckily they will help me. Make sure it is not the Asian market version as you will be stuck with software and unavailable updates.

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • suitable

The product I received was Asia Pacific model

The product I received was Asia Pacific model, the back of the box is in the photo. You'll notice that the GPS battery life is listed as 21 hours on the packaging, but the listing says 24 hours of battery life. It doesn't appear in the list, but be aware that this may not be the output you expect.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Exterior

I'm so glad I got the 935 instead of the Fenix 5.

I first bought Fenix 5 and 5s but returned both. I just didn't get as turned on by this watch as I had hoped. Then I bought a Fenix 3. I really liked this watch, but after a few days I just couldn't imagine running and cycling with this thing anymore. That meant I had to strap this beast to my wrist like a tourniquet! So I'm really sad because I was ready to drop everything and become a Fenix fan when all of a sudden I started seeing comparisons to the Fenix 5 line and Forerunner 935? For real?

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Perfect Trading Inc sells non-US Garmin watches in the US

Perfect Trading Inc sells non-US versions of the Garmin Forerunner 935 in the US. It's not possible to upgrade the firmware to the latest version if you buy one of the non-US versions, so you won't get the latest features and bug fixes that are available for US customers. Perfect Trading agreed that I could return the watch. However, I am still leaving negative feedback as this non-US watch took me a long time to troubleshoot and I believe this is what the seller should do when selling gray…

Pros
  • Pretty packaging

Another annoying thing: I have to block the clock when .

This is a review for 6 months, I didn't want to write right away because I wanted to try the product for several months. I've bought several straps for a quick fit and change them all the time. I wear this watch in the shower and no problem. Initially, my watch gave me about 3 weeks on a single charge. But at the end of 6 months it gave me about 2 weeks on a single charge (I haven't changed my routine in the last 6 months - so not because I've been exercising more). I mainly use this watch for…

Pros
  • Top marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Problems

Poor build quality suggests it would be a great watch

As someone who has had multiple Garmin watches and fitness products, I was blown away by the 935 when it came out in 2017 last year. I got this watch as an upgrade for my 920 as it had new performance specs with the wrist heart rate sensor which I was interested in. I swim, bike and run so it's gotten pretty good use in the year since I bought it. What would have been a 5 star rating became a 1 star due to some egregious issues with a $500 watch (back then). My stroke accuracy was in the 60-75%

Pros
  • good thing
Cons
  • so far so good

My best purchase so far this year

I train half an Ironman and bought this watch two months ago. It's fantastic overall, it far exceeds my expectations and I have no complaints. I started training with a Google WearOS watch that I already had. In theory it can do what I need since you can download applications for almost anything. But there were problems. With each downloaded app, the clock responds even more slowly than usual. It often closed. The touchscreen, which initially seemed so cool to me, turned out to be the worst…

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • A small change

Nice watch. A little big.

Update 2021: still no better watch in my opinion, while newer models have a few more features, price and battery life of the 935 is still the best. Also after my review: Garmin fixed the Android app. It's not perfect, but everything works fine now - the software update doesn't require anything else, it's done automatically through the phone, and you don't even need to know about it. Excellent stuff. - Applications. There are so many now. If you want something, it probably exists. Even the dials

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable buy for seniors
