Garmin GPSMAP Waterproof Marine Chartplotter Review

I only use it for spearfishing. I used to have a Garmin 76CSx. This works similarly. I noticed that it is actually the approximate depth of the spots I marked. The depth is very accurate. I can't give 5 stars because I haven't used the other features. The battery compartment is not waterproof. There is no seal around the compartment. 76 csx also said it was waterproof but i know the battery box is not waterproof.

As a waterproof handheld, I can use it as a backup on my sailboat and also take it with me in the mud or when camping. However, it is extremely versatile.
