Fenix 6 is a great sports watch

I used to have a Fenix 5 and really liked the battery life. It seems like 2 weeks of training 6 days a week have passed. 6 takes less, maybe 7-8 days. But I understand that the reason is the pulse ox sensor and a more accurate pulse. Overall, I'm very happy with it and can recommend it 100%.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Clarity

Pretty good activity tracking watch

A big improvement over previous Fenix models I've had, but the battery life isn't what I expected and the stair climbing tracking is pretty fuzzy. For best results I need to go outside and recalibrate the altimeter or at least get it to pick up GPS so it knows the weather conditions.

Pros
  • Quality construction

I doubt it because it has been updated but the physical condition looks good

I use less than a day. I was hesitant because it will be renewed, but I saved so much money compared to new that I decided to give it a try, especially since I have 90 days if something goes wrong. I wasn't very happy with the way they packaged it. The charging cable was in the Garmin box, but the watch itself was in a plastic bag that was loosely packed in the main shipping box, which was much larger so the watch was likely to be flying around in the box. Although there is no harm. The watch…

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Compatibility

Favorite smartwatch I've had

Fantastic watch, probably the first smartwatch I've ever worn. Incredible fitness tracking capabilities and ideal for all outdoor activities. I have used it for mountaineering, hiking and trail running and it has worked great. The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is issues with the pulse oximeter, which I found extremely finicky. It's rarely read, but ultimately it's not a critical part of the watch, it's just handy to have at high altitudes.

Pros
  • Navigate the terrain with preloaded TOPO maps, ski maps for over 2,000 ski resorts worldwide, support for multiple global navigation satellite systems (GPS, GLONASS and Galileo) and integrated sensors for a 3-axis compass, gyroscope and barometric Altimeter
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Incredible: GPS, Finder and Accessories

6 Pro. The battery is not that big, but 6 per is more than enough. If you turn off your phone and the Wi-Fi connection, you get 21 days of battery life; 19 if you use GPS for running etc. Also, the screen size is perfect for my medium-sized wrists. Garmin Coach is a great training feature. I recommend the GNSS Viewer app to view the satellites at the top for GPS settings. The quick releases are a great feature. As an officer in the US Air Force, I wear a military case watch on my wrist to…

Pros
  • Advanced training options include PacePro for level-adjusted pace management throughout your workout, as well as VO2max and environment-adjusted training status assessments
Cons
  • Some little things

As good as new

I received a refurbished Fenix 6 Pro and didn't know what to expect. This is my second rebuilt Garmin, the first was a 405cx which I bought over 10 years ago and still runs great. I also had a VivoActive 3 that I bought new and the battery really started to drain after two years. The Fenix 6 Pro arrived brand new with just the charging cable. Initially I had problems with Bluetooth dropping out, but after a software update everything was like never before. I can run for two weeks on one battery

Pros
  • Rugged and refined design for high performance and always-on 1.3" display (18% larger than previous fenix models), sun-readable display with stainless steel, titanium or diamond-like carbon (DLC) cover
Cons
  • Not bad , but...

Excellent watch for GPS, finder and accessories

I hesitated for a long time before buying the Fenix 6X Pro given its high price. When I came across this refurbished one for just over $500 I decided to take a chance. The watch arrived two days early. The shipping box was quite torn and looked like it had hardly been used before. The box that came with the watch contained the watch itself, a charging cable, and instructions. I watched a few YouTube videos so I had a good idea on how to set the clock etc. Also, I have a Garmin Tactix Bravo, so…

Pros
  • Advanced estimated heart rate and wrist heart rate monitor to support advanced sleep monitoring and altitude acclimation at high altitudes (This is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose or monitor any disease). )
Cons
  • Only available in white
