Description of Gates 21178 Lower Radiator Hose

Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum. Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure. Pre-shaped to fit and to ensure perfectly sealed conditions. EPDM tube; synthetic fiber knit reinforcement; heat-, ozone- and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover. Meets requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A (except for tolerances).

The hose is about an inch long. this is real .

hose about 2.5 cm short. It's very close to the pulley. The Fiero store has stopped selling this hose because it doesn't fit!
