Description of Gates 21438 Radiator Coolant Hose

Specifically-engineered materials resist collapse under vacuum. Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation, the leading cause of hose failure. Pre-shaped to fit and to ensure perfectly sealed conditions. EPDM tube; synthetic fiber knit reinforcement; heat-, ozone- and chemical coolant-resistant EPDM cover. Meets requirements of SAE 20R4, class D2 and DIN 73411, class A (except for tolerances).

Great Hose for Car's Cooling System!

The Gates Radiator Coolant Hose is a must-have for every car owner .My analysis of this hose showed that it provides excellent resistance to heat and abrasions, ensuring longevity and durability. It is easy to install and maintain making it a great investment for those looking to keep their engine cool during long trips. The only drawback I found is that it is a bit expensive compared to other hoses in the market, but the quality of the product more than makes up for it..

Perfect for Formula 350 88

Perfect for Formula 350 88. I cut off (ie trimmed) about 1.5 inches. The hose is properly preformed unlike some other hoses. Very good.
