A small mistake on the turn!

Bend slightly shorter than OEM hose but should work. How long can you imagine it would have lasted longer if the flex was up to OEM specs.

Pros
  • Hoses
Cons
  • Interchangeable

angle too big. Works, but sets .

Too much angle. It works but introduces an awkward curve and tries to straighten it out. I would rather bend a straight hose to fit than bend it to fit.

Pros
  • Belts, hoses and pulleys
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Incorrect diameter and length

Ordered for a 1993 460 and will not fit as an OEM. You might be able to get it working, but if you spend $41 and buy it from Ford, there will be no problem installing it. OEM slip on it, you need to stretch it to get close to size.

Pros
  • Replacement parts
Cons
  • Requires bushing

Fits Ford 460 but very tight fit and not quite square

I bought this to replace the original water pump hose to the oil cooler on our 1993 motorhome on a Ford E-350 chassis. It worked, but it's very tight at both ends and the curve is a little tighter than it should have been. I couldn't reattach the hose without detaching the oil cooler. What eventually worked for me was unscrewing the oil cooler bolt closest to the water pump, unscrewing the radiator, then folding the hose and working on both pipes and reattaching the radiator. I had to replace…

Pros
  • Radiator
Cons
  • Frequency
