Wrong item in box Best in Timing Parts

First. I ordered again thinking it was a mistake but I received a replacement which was also open and the Gates tensioner was replaced with a listening tensioner. The bolt that comes with the tensioner doesn't even go in the hole. These are two articles with the same problem. Not sure where it was sent from but they are robbing Revain and customers.
