The impeller on this Gates pump broke in my Porsche 911 after just over a year of use, causing massive overheating on the track. 5 of the 6 blades are broken off and the rest of the impeller is free to spin independently of the pulley. I have had good experiences with Gates products in the past, so I decided to try this product. Instead of spending almost 3x for Spierburg or more than 2x for Laso. composite impeller).
