High quality belt with tensioner

High quality belt with tensioner. The tensioner corresponds exactly to the original equipment. The kit also included a new, longer screw.

I always heard a characteristic noise when shifting gears before replacement.

I always heard a characteristic noise when shifting gears before changing the timing belt. After replacing the belt and tensioner, the suspicious noise (found upon investigation to be a function of a faulty tensioner) was gone. 8,000 km on the Civic, prop installed and all is well.

Exactly what I needed!

Belt fits perfectly, tensioner came with a new spring and new screw! Driving my 2001 Honda Civic, came in a well packed box (forgot to take a picture)

You don't need it after your car crashes.

It was a good price and other mechanics said it was a great replacement for this engine. Too bad the car was smashed up the day before installation.

Used on a 2003 Honda Civic

Not a very descriptive product name but I used this on a 2003 Honda Civic while doing some maintenance. and not vtec. Came with the basics to make a new timing belt including a new tensioner + spring with the longer bolt needed. I actually bought this kit after buying a cheaper kit that didn't include the longer screw and ended up pulling the strings out of the block. I ended up saving myself here with a Time-Sert 1012 Thread Repair Kit, but I'm wondering if I had only gotten this kit with a…
