I received it at 12:45 yesterday. Yesterday at 3:30pm I was at the UPS point to return it. The laptop has been restored. I saw small stains near the mouse pad. I put in my Microsoft office phone number, tried to go to the website, it kept closing and freezing. I paid $379 for this post.

when not sitting on something it heats up and does nothing even shuts down. After figuring out where the vents are, I haven't had this problem yet, but I also haven't had to deal with it as often as I did just after the spring cleaning. Then maybe I can tell you more.
