Acceptable - pots and pans

I bought this specifically for camping/hiking and it fills that role well as it is incredibly light. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the lid doesn't fit very well. Nobody expects the lid to actually close unless it's a pressure cooker, which it isn't. However, the lid doesn't even close flush. When you press on one side, the other side swings up. If I had bought it for kitchen use I would be disappointed. But the price was right and its weight will hardly be felt in the packaging and it

Great pot for the price

I almost ordered this pot because of the bad reviews for the wrong lid. I wanted the lid to fit because I knew I would be using it for stews and popcorn. I took a chance because the price was too good to pass up. I needed a 2.6 liter pot because I knew it would fit perfectly in my backpack and would also make a good camping pot. Luckily the lid fitted perfectly, although I think some people's lids didn't fit. The metal is like thick aluminum or something, so it's incredibly light and has sharp…

  • Fingers crossed

Much more comfortable than expected!

From the description this pot looks quite small, but for cooking alone (or as a side dish) it is a real bomb among the Dutch ovens. The overall size (including handles) is just over 7.5 inches, the inside diameter of the pot itself is just under 5-3/8 inches. It easily cooks 1/4 cup basmati rice (150 calories), leaving room for chopped veggies or meat. 3 large eggs fit (210 calories). I measured the liquid to the brim and it came out just over 600ml or about 21oz which, when you think about it,
