GE 29875GE1 Phone Answering Machine Review

This is a great product if you are looking for an answering machine that is easy to use and gets the job done. First off, this is a General Electric product and you can't go wrong with any of their products. Ease of use, sound clarity was good, and I love the easy one-touch playback and long-distance calling features. Again, it's very easy to use and not complicated like many other brands.

I have had three of these answering machines for at least 9 years and am replacing the one we installed in the kitchen because the volume no longer drops to 0 when we want it quiet. The other two still work like new. One of these machines is used for my business and the promotional message changes 2 times a day (for 9 years). I'm glad I can still get a replacement for the same model.

The machine is used and was delivered without operating instructions. Most of the machine was relatively easy to set up, although some functions didn't seem to stay where I set them at the beginning (e.g. the time and day kept resetting to the first day of the year).
