The best handlebar mount I've ever seen!

This is by far the best device holder on the market! The design is well thought out and works great on my Harley handlebars. I bought a case for my iPhone and it comes with an additional PIN lock feature that you can connect to a GPS or MP3 player or whatever. as long as it is flat and without curvature. The only design flaw I see. You should be able to choose which side it turns to. Great product and I'm looking for more options with gear lock feature.

good on rough roads

This is the best phone mount I have ever used. I took this on a trip to France where I cycled along the rivers and canals. The ride wasn't smooth and I was on a touring bike. No suspension. At first I had my doubts about the universal mount, which stays on the cell phone case in all weathers, but it was and remains tight. At first the mechanism was tight too, but with practice I got better at turning it on and off. I recommend this mount. My phone was secure and easily removed for the entire…

The best phone holder ever!

I typically drive 170-240 miles a week and work from my phone while driving. Needless to say, securing your phone is of the utmost importance. Over the years I've tried a number of different phone holders. They either break, loosen, or make it difficult to remove the phone. I even made my own phone mount out of desperation because other products just didn't work for me. However, I'm so glad I discovered the Gearlock mount. This phone holder works perfectly! The phone snaps easily into place and

Your term "optimal viewing angle " is misleading

In my opinion the term "optimal viewing angle" implies a certain degree of flexibility or "adjustability" of the clutch mechanism, which is needed in city driving. or a cruiser bar (or a bar that isn't straight). I couldn't find anything and my email to the seller went unanswered. I ordered a matching case for an iPhone Xs and then decided on a case for an iPhone 7. Apparently they don't make cases for the iPhone 7 and again the email asking the seller a question went unanswered. I thought Gear

Only good for casual riders

So I bought 2 of these earlier this summer (one for each of the 2 bikes I have). I bought the Spigen phone case separately and didn't use the adhesive mounts. Their design was not very durable. The first one broke within 1 month of use as the clamping part of the bracket is held in place by a small screw. This bolt loosened over time and although I tightened it several times it failed on a long ride. Luckily the case is of good quality so at least my phone was ok. The second lasted a couple of…
