For 1996 Nissan Pickup

For the average handyman, removing the 1996 4-barrel oil filter was difficult at best. My last hope was for this machine. It was compact enough to solve the filter in the limited space available.

Pros
  • Hands Free
Cons
  • Weak Set

Pretty nice little tool

I keep it on top of my tool box. It is very easy to use and very handy when removing filters that are in tight spaces. I have never worked with a filter and have been using it daily for about a month.

Pros
  • dope 🔥
Cons
  • threadbare

Gear wrench with thin jaws is easy to use.

I have another oil filter wrench from the same brand but the lips are thicker and it didn't work on my BMW with the oil filter in the oil pan. This one has slightly thinner jaws and fits perfectly. It works out!

Pros
  • Good stuff
Cons
  • Nervous

Must have in toolbox

I call these things jaws. This should be in every mechanic's toolbox, either as a primary filter remover or as a backup. I removed the filters that are heavily stuck in this little gadget.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Good for hard to reach places

This is the first oil filter wrench that fits my application. Having tried many others, this one is by far the best and worth the money. Inserts in place near the oil pan and easily removes the oil filters (probably without damaging them).

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Expandable
