Geekbot is a slackbot assistant that helps users set up real asynchronous stand up meetings within Slack. The solution helps staff stay organized, up-to-date and aligned with the rest of the team. It only takes a few minutes to set up an initial standup with your team. Geekbot creates a non-intrusive process to help teams stay focused on tasks. Each department can have its own timeline which is helpful for complex projects.

Makes communication with clients/prospects simple and effective

I like how easy it was to train my employees about what this would do in their day to day life at work as well as when they're out from work! There's literally no better way than having someone who knows you personally make suggestions or ask questions if something isn't working properly - without me even being there :) This software has made our lives easier by allowing us to be more efficient during business hours while also keeping track off things outside of normal office times where we may

Great tool for connecting employees & improving communication!

I like how easy it was setup in our organization as well all other departments were able use this tool without much effort or training from us! We also liked having everyone's calendar available at once so we could see who would be free when scheduling something important/time sensitive (like holidays). This program has been great because you don't need any additional software installed - just install into gmail addy space then link everything together through google hangouts chat rooms etc…

Pros
  • Multiple ways to communicate with your team members while remaining anonymous
  • Ability for users across multiple platforms including PC, MAC OSX devices; Android Phones + Androids tablets such an Amazon Fire HD 7+ tablet
  • Can schedule video calls directly within G Suite apps which makes communication easier between co workers
