    Very Clear Camera: Security Cameras

    This is an amazing camera that allows you to see and communicate from a distance with very clear images and videos. My only complaint. It would be nice to be able to turn off the red light on night vision, which doesn't help make it invisible.

    After a while you won't be able to see your video anymore!

    All it says is I'm getting a video. I reset it, I plugged it into different outlets. I've tried literally everything in the book, but nothing. Even when it worked the picture quality was great, everything was great except for my broken camera. 😔 I was so pumped up...

    Difficult to connect to Wi-Fi

    I have yet to get this thing to work! It doesn't connect to the wifi as easily as it should. I've tried various troubleshooting solutions that I can think of and all stupid thing it does is scan the room but not scan the QR code. I watched videos that said you can't say no to a great camera. Well I've given up.

    Can't connect to WiFi

    Spent an hour trying to connect. I have other cameras and other Wi-Fi devices installed at home. Never fought with this camera. I sent the first one back thinking it was a camera issue and got a replacement. The backup camera could not be connected either. Both returned. Luckily, Amazon has a great returns policy. One star for the camera but 5 stars for Revain.

    You get what you pay for

    We have had geeni products in the past and have been impressed. But this one definitely didn't live up to the bar, it wasn't their best product. Quality isn't good for night vision and there's no sound detection. Our last Geeni monitor broke after being thrown across the room by a toddler. This one will fit and the price is right, but with our next baby we're investing in a quality version.

    Not compatible with Alexa, Garbage

    The picture was great when it worked. But when you flip it, the controls don't flip with the image. Connecting to the phone is very difficult and if you look at the instructions for getting help, they are written in broken English with no helpful steps in chronological order. The included instructions are so oversimplified that they are useless. It's also advertised to work with Alexa, but it doesn't, it's incompatible. Very disappointed with this device. I'll look around for another camera.

    Always Offline

    The camera turns off often which is a real headache when you have to work all night. Night vision isn't as good as some of the smaller, cheaper Geeni models either. I have 5 Geeni cameras and this is the only one that has constant shutdown issues. I would not recommend this camera if you are using it as a security measure. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I really don't want anyone to buy this product because it helps them feel more secure leaving their seat unattended.

    I really get what you pay for, cheap cameras Sunlight leaves no picture during the day, heats up

    They heat up, during the day sunlight destroys all sights, microphone works great, I will use another brand use for my business and home, i like the integration with google home but i currently have 2 of them, at night the night vision is fine (it's better to let some outside light shine and turn off the night vision I use typical spotlights with high lumens that put out enough light to shoot at about 25ft away.The motion detection is useless for outdoors but they are labeled for indoors.I bet…

    Bought a camera for my son's room. He has a seizure disorder and I should be able to watch him all the time. I used to have two smaller, cheaper Geenie cameras and they were great, but this time I needed pan/tilt so I bought these. The camera itself works great. Setup is easy. night vision is good. The radio works perfectly. But I bought the camera with the Echo Show 5 so I can watch the stream from it and not my phone. I like to stream constantly at night, which is difficult with my phone…

    I bought the camera in September 2020. It was a little difficult to get online, but it worked out in the end and seemed to work fine. I got the indicators and was able to see the activity through my phone. Then we upgraded the router to 5G, but the camera only supports 2G network. So now I have two new cameras that don't work because Geeni runs on old technology. I've tried switching my router from 5G to 2G on my phone, but that option doesn't exist because Verizon no longer supports 2G. In…
