Very pleased customer who uses GemMS Software

I love that we can use this software to track what is happening in our department as far back into time goes! This helps us keep up-to date w/the latest changes made by doctors or other staff members so when problems arise they are quick & easy solved (and not after hours of searching through paper records). The interface needs some work but it's getting there - once you learn how everything works its very simple!! Also like being able tp access all information from anywhere at anytime without…

Great tool for quick note taking and tracking

I like that it is easy to use from anywhere as long you have internet access! It can be difficult at times if your network or computer has issues but most of my problems are related more so around time constraints than anything else - which i find frustrating because this product was not created by doctors/nurses themselves (it's been developed over many years). We've used Gemms in our practice since we started working here almost 10yrs ago now & really haven't found any cons yet other then…

Great Product with Excellent Customer Service

Gemms has helped our organization create better patient care by providing easy access to patient health records so that we can see at a glance what is going on in their file when they are coming into the office or being seen by us. I like how easy it is to input appointments. It's quick and easy to use. The price is fair for all of the features offered.
