It holds up well to my black lab antics and she loves to chew/pull on it. It's beautiful about her too. I like that it has a big enough hook on the collar so it's easy enough to hook it on the leash for a walk. I'm thinking of buying another one for my older dog, she needs a new one.

The only issue I had was that the color was odd, almost purple. Although it's still brown. The collar seems strong enough, I've only had it a day, but I don't see anything wrong with it. The lining is soft, the skin is comfortable. Metal bits aren't bad, they're not great, but they're definitely worth the price! Overall I am very satisfied, there is nothing wrong with that!

Second. First was for my Rottweiler Shar Pei mix, thick and stalked, got a 22" black, fits him great, looks great. The second was for my Beagle mix who is much leaner and leaner, tanned 14 inches and looks amazing. The leather looks very high quality and all the buckles are intact but unfortunately the fabric on the small end of the collar was frayed and not sewn on. afterwards, and it just wasn't sewn back on properly. The teeth that go into the grommets stick out after the collar is put on, and those teeth are built to withstand heavy use. Because they stick out, I think dogs can get stuck/injure themselves because of them when playing together. I ordered two of these collars, both had the same issues…
