This is not black. It's medium grey. I have 4 mofang colors, and should have stuck to that. This brand smells funny/overly purfumed as well. Texture is at least what I expected.

I really enjoy this product. It's easy to use, very vibrant on my dark hair and looks good with my grays. The only color I won't use is the ash, because I have gray/silver hair already but I might try mixing it with the other colors. The colors wash out easily and I haven't had any problems with transfer to clothes or my pillowcase. My hair was a bit "crunchy" until I combed it then it was fine.

I bought this for my son who wanted a red curly mohawk. Once it dries it turns into a hot pink color. Besides the color issue, it smells nice and washes out easily. I just wish it were a true red once it dries.

Love this! Does what it says. Put it on dry, clean hair and scrunch it through with your fingers as it dries (or use a wide toothed brush). Beautiful color (my natural color is now white) washes out with warm water and shampoo. Yes, it is gloppy and bit sticky as it dries but it acts just like a mousse. Just brush it through before it thoroughly dries. It does not transfer to other fabrics. Lovely color (my favorite thus far).

I bought it for a Halloween costume, and it was basically a pasty silvery red, not bright red as advertised. More of it sticks to your hands than it does your hair. Very disappointed and bought spray on color instead. Would not recommend.

Not a strong hold as others have mentioned but it does work. And washes right off in the shower so no worries about it being stuck in your hair if you don't want to grey look the following day. I am pleased with this product.

The color looked so fabulous on my hair with the blonde hair piece, it made me look very stylish very beautiful like a "IT Girl" supposed to look. I can't be looking like some old average prime madonna I got to look savvy and fly. My hair didn't look wiggy or crazy with the blonde hair piece when I was going out that day when I put in this gold hair coloring wax I made sure I own it cause when I'm going out I go all out high end beauty style.

The scent was nice and subtle. I was worried when I saw it was made in China. But was very disappointed the color barely showed. I had bought it for a crazy hair day. And used it to spike my sons hair. But definitely very little color at all showed.

This product hold alright but the color is virtually non-existent. I tried adding multiple layers and combining with other colors but it barely makes any difference. Adding more and more to increase color makes the styling more difficult. There has to be a better option out there.
