Expected more from the purchase, but not the worst option.

This filter gave me a roller coaster of emotions. It is compact, durable, stylish, the faucet helps in maintenance, and in general it was the only option to put 10BB on hot water, and not the foppish 10SL - the same size and price of cartridges, but three times less resource intensive. Replacing it with another stainless steel will not solve the issue of electrocorrosion, it will not solve the issue of the controversial system of clamps, and there are no plastic ones for such a cartridge…

Pros
  • The most compact 10BB, one of the few 10BB for hot water
Cons
  • Fixing the filter allows you to fix and maintain the cartridge well when changing, but at the same time it is impossible to remove the filter without removing the flask. It's not about the "place under the filter", which is solved by attaching the filter not to a static suspension with rigid pipes - but to a flexible connection and a barn loop, which allows you to bend the filter towards yourself and serve it as you like. The fact is that the cartridge is always wet, and even if you build a faucet from below and drain the water, you will have to leave it like that for a decent time, otherwise, during the replacement of the cartridge, this sponge will “drip” down quite well. The clamp is constantly leaking. I don’t know why, from what, I tightened both by hand and with a key, it’s just that rare, but unpleasant drops leak out at the same points, I washed the gasket and the grooves, but some drops still seep through. Both cold and hot. After replacing the pipes of the riser with plastic, I thought about throwing a ground so that electrocorrosion would not send the flask after the heated towel rail to plumbing paradise, BUT SHE ate through it for a day. Not for a day of continuous use of water, but just for a day. Not even complete. And I already have a through hole through which an aerosol microjet seeps through. I changed the flasks of cold and hot, in order to give myself a second chance, pouring a leaky layer of sealant, let's see what happens. AND PRICE. They used to be very expensive, and now they are beyond the limits of good and evil. Moreover, the price has not changed much for a smaller size.

Excellent product, the best quality.

If you have money, then it is definitely better to buy this flask than a cheap plastic version with a twist flask, which is without a drain hole and with a blind twisting of the cartridge inside. Such a flask has been standing for 3 years already and no problems, while the neighboring plastic flask has already managed to change one, for some reason a microcrack appeared in the plastic.

Pros
  • Hole at the bottom for draining water Good cartridge fit, won't fit crookedly Robust construction
Cons
  • Unpleasant metallic sound when tightening the rim, because. sand gets under it price

I liked the filter. Like it or not, stainless steel is much more reliable than plastic. Installation is a pleasure - everything is very simple and easy. Sturdy wall bracket included. The cartridge mount is very convenient, the main thing is to understand when to stop tightening so as not to overtighten. The filter flask is clamped, which is also very convenient. The only nuance that upset me was the presence of a burr on the filter mounting bolt to the bracket, which cut my finger like a blade.

Pros
  • Stainless steel filter, easy to fit.
Cons
  • There may be burrs

I expected more from buying, but not the worst option.

Judging by the corrosion, the quality of the metal suffers, draw conclusions. And on the second, standing nearby, everything is in order.

Pros
  • Excellent appearance, water quality depends on the cartridge.
Cons
  • Went corrosion somewhere in a year on the inner surface of the case.

Unsatisfactory quality, I wont buy it anymore.

In April 2022, I bought 4 of these cases (at a price of 4.5k). In April, 21k began to flow at the place of welding of metal parts. They refused to change under warranty - because. This product has a 3 year warranty! I do not recommend! I think to put plastic from another company of hopes - for all the seeming reliability, the Typhoon did not live up to expectations.

Pros
  • Fairly easy to use
Cons
  • Unreliability

A good product, I advise you to try it.

I put Aragon 3 in it (from chlorine, iron, salts). I prepare water for the bath (not the kitchen). I live in a high-rise building (Krasnoda). There are a lot of salts in the water from which you itch all over after a shower. It also smells of bleach after rains (probably they pour more). Well, I already got the crazy white coating on expensive mixers! So I want to get rid of it first. Aragon3 has ion exchange resin so that should help. Well, at least it will be less and that's good. I also put…

Pros
  • Of course, stainless steel is its main quality. There is an air release valve. Looks cool in the niche, shines. The water treatment system looks like a nuclear reactor. Nice to look at.
Cons
  • Very short thread at the bottom. I remove the cork and put an American there, and now there is very little thread, I'm afraid it might leak there. There are not enough serifs on the threads so that the linen does not turn, you have to scratch it. The counter-bolt inside the flask (which secures the cartridge) seems flimsy, no matter how it breaks when tightened. Inside the nozzle, the sharp edges of the hole (the entrance to the inside of the flask) about which I managed to cut my finger (a little flax flew inside, I tried to get it). Expensive. It’s good that there was a discount of a thousand, I took it for 5800.

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

It would be great if the manufacturer made a separate line of Typhoons, which are carefully "sandblasted". It will be a bit more expensive, but the Top. Above is only the sky. Its pros: Steel quality, tight thread tolerances. It may be possible to make a product more technologically advanced and of better quality, but definitely not in the foreseeable future. Has cons: Sometimes there are burrs sharp as a knife on the cover or cartridge holder, during installation it is necessary to work with…

Im amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Geyser Typhoon 10 BB according to one expert site is named one of the best pre-filters. Therefore, I didn’t even have to think, I didn’t have to choose a filter for a long time. Moreover, the water at home left much to be desired. Now I don’t know worries for a long time, more than a year. 100% does its job of purifying water.
