Very loud. on Fish & Aquatic Pets

Very noisy and didn't pump anything, not even air. Then I took it apart and found the tube wasn't installed properly, after I fixed it it was quieter but still too loud. He lifted water 6 feet up a tiny tube with an inside diameter of 2mm.

Stay away from this pump

Only lasted a few days, returned and got a replacement giving it a second chance the first may have failed...the second lasted less than the first . Do yourself a favor and don't buy these pumps. Bought expensive, works perfectly!

Well-designed, efficient, variable speed

Used to circulate detergent through our ultrasonic scalers. I liked the solid body, the presence of a power supply, a potentiometer with an on / off switch and silent operation. More expensive than a bare pump, but you don't have to solder and dig up the power supply. I can use the corpus if I want to add some dexterity to it in the future. I looked inside and saw that it had a variable power supply (like the LM317) and liked that the box had a water seal around the lid. Very nice, solidโ€ฆ
