It doesn't really have two layers; there is no fleece "lining" as such; The back of the outer layer feels subtly fluffy. But that's one layer. This is normal, be aware. It's really not enough. I usually put big things with everything. Height 6ft, Waist 33", Chest 42", and Inseam 33". I need 3X as my correct size.
