Not what I expected but it works

I bought these because I liked the results of the test sizes in the Bibbity Bobbity Boo boutique. But it doesn't seem to be the same formula. Right now this is the best I could find for my temperamental, sensitive, insanely dry scalp and oily hair. Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh not what I expected but this works and I will probably continue to receive it. I like big pump bottles.

Product is ok, would not recommend Haarfinatics.

The shampoo moisturizes, but the conditioner does not penetrate the hair. A good shampoo and conditioner are essential to any healthy hair care routine. I don't mind spending $ on quality. The conditioner settles on my hair leaving a heavy, weighed down feeling that doesn't do anything and I can feel it when I wash it out. It is also difficult to wash off completely. Overpriced Hotel Shampoo

I've been using this thing for a month and it sucks. I bought it because the reviews I saw were decent and I thought it would be a good product for my thick curly hair. My hair became brittle and dry and my curls became terrible. The smell is too strong and overwhelms your bathroom, your scalp feels dry when you get out of the shower and the smell doesn't even linger. A new favorite among shampoos and conditioners

Perfect for my hair - cleans with no sign of stickiness but doesn't weigh my hair down at all. I have lots of hair but thin strands - get oily on top but tend to be dry on the ends. Not in a straight line, I get a little ripple when twisting. I've tried many shampoos (I'm the kind of person who usually changes 4 bottles at a time because I don't like hoarding) and spent a lot - way too much - on some of them, but this is honestly my new favorite.

Shampoo and Conditioner Sets PERFECT

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews on this product! This is one of the best products. Personally, I've been using this product in my hair care routine for years and just love it. What is important to me is that this product is vegan, sustainable, organic and uses natural ingredients. All big wins for me! Such cool products are hard to find. Plus, it smells so good (another amazing tea tree benefit) and leaves my hair soft and shiny.
