MTBers have been here for a long time. Never worn Giro MTB shoes and never ordered cycling shoes online without trying them on first. Wasn't expecting great shoes for the price but was pleasantly surprised. These are great shoes. I wear US men's size 10 in all casual and athletic shoes. I ordered 44 of these and they fit perfectly. They even match my Winter Woolie Boolie socks. The fit is snug but not very tight in the toe box, just what I need in a mountain bike shoe. However, please note that

This size 48 should be a size 13.5 when converted to US sizing. I wear 13 and they were still too short and very tight. Unfortunately I didn't realize it until my feet were swollen from my first ride as they were covered in mud and worn out so I couldn't get them back (my fault).
