I ordered a size up (I'm a size 7 so I ordered an 8). The length of the shoe does not matter, but the width. These are very narrow shoes and although I really like their style, my feet fall asleep and I get goosebumps when I'm on the bike. It's difficult to even move your toes to regain feeling in your legs. Shoelaces are also a problem.
