After five years of owning my shoes, my heels are toasted. It was an easy replacement. The kit comes with pads and bolts but I wish the anchor nuts were included too. After a few years of use mine got a bit rusty and had trouble getting new screws in.

Quite expensive but for some reason the original heel fell apart for me. That's why I had to find her here on Revane. I have two sets in case my other pair of Giro shoes have heel problems. The sets I found at the time of purchase were suitable for my small feet (7.5 American male). Make sure you choose the right size for your shoes. Seems ok, haven't had a chance to try them yet.
