Great device! Best Networking Products

We travel by van all the time and need a backup for our AT&T router. It worked so well that we now use it as our first choice and AT&T as our backup.

Works with Google Fi

I can confirm this model works with Google Fi Data Only Sims. All I had to do was configure the APN in the 4g modem section of the router configuration page by selecting h2g2. The router also has the ability to configure the WAN port and make it the second LAN port. Multifunctional router configuration page!

Unbelievable price

So many settings and amazing quality. Other modem routers three times the price of this one aren't as good. Stop looking and just get this one. I'm so glad I found it before I bought the Nighthawk. I emailed them and they got back to me within hours and my T-Mobile postpaid hotspot sim plan worked right away. I buy a second one.

Not fast, but it works!

This is a great little device! Set it up on T-Mobile, the download speed is around 30MB/s and the upload speed is around 5-10MB/s. Definitely not lightning fast, but for my use case (laptop and Nintendo Switch maintenance only) it's great! The battery life is also excellent and you can use it from the mains if you want. Buy another one if it ever becomes available to use as backup internet with pfsense at home!

Too flimsy and unreliable

Had high hopes for this based on reviews of their other products. Unfortunately, this device was downright unreliable. USB tethering drops the internet connection and then refuses to connect to the phone at all. Repeater mode randomly disconnects the internet connection. Even using it as a wired router with a WAN Ethernet connection and CAT6 LAN does not provide reliable traffic transmission. I haven't tried the built-in cellular modem, but I wasn't hoping for one either. I've tried updating…

An excellent router with many interesting features and the ability to customize it to your liking.

This is a great little device. First, I use it with T-Mobile and haven't tested it with any other carrier. It worked straight away with my T-Mobile prepaid hotspot SIM. Speed is good, battery not as good as my old Netgear hotspot but works in a pinch. If you are not tech savvy you can just use it as is or you can go to the portal and customize it for yourself. The range is really good. I use it to hook up the TV in my art studio shed which is about 40 feet from the hotspot. And it works fine…
