I bought it by mistake after giving a bad review the first time. 20 gallon bags work great with 13 gallon trash bags. BUT NOT THIS! My mom bought a 20 gallon brand at Walmart. These bags are durable but the smell is terrible, very strong and everything they touch stinks horribly. I took a couple of these bags on a weekend family trip to pick up the junk from the trip. After 3 days of traveling with these bags in the car (no junk in the bags) a terrible smell stuck in my car and was almost unbearable. I had to drive with the windows down. I only had to flush the garbage can because this bag was leaking. We don't overfill, but for some reason the bottom of the bag doesn't open on the first shake of the roll. I didn't notice, and as we pushed down the trash all day, it must have made a hole. So as my trash can dried outside, I pulled out another bag and noticed that the bottom had to be hand ripped open to fully open. I give 5 stars because it's a great product, there's no denying it. The problem is that the reviewer wrote that it fits an 11x20 trash can. I have 11x18. Must be an asterisk. I got this for my 21 gallon Ninestars kitchen trash can, which Amazon says is compatible/recommended (but obviously NOT). They're supposed to be the best and most durable GLAD bags, but every one of my bags breaks the ring at the slightest bump. I bought 80 of these and what do I do with them now.
