These bags are durable but the smell is terrible, very strong and everything they touch stinks horribly. I took a couple of these bags on a weekend family trip to pick up the junk from the trip. After 3 days of traveling with these bags in the car (no junk in the bags) a terrible smell stuck in my car and was almost unbearable. I had to drive with the windows down. It took me three weeks to bring it down to an acceptable level and the horrible metal smell still hasn't gone from my car. I will never buy them again because now when I smell them I get angry and want to throw up. I would prefer the garbage smell to those rotten bags.
