TRASHRAC 87096 96-Count 3 Gallon Bag Pack Review

I bought these to use with the Simple Human In-Cabinet Bin because I don't want to pay for 'fancy' bin liners in any way! They're a little small on top, but with a little stretch, they'll do the job perfectly and save you a few bucks.

I use them for a small bin in my son's nursery. I empty them every day or two so they are big enough. They don't fit perfectly in the jar so I have to stretch them around the top. There were holes in a bag or two, although I managed to tear them when I removed them from the roll.

So far these bags are good but a little flimsy. In practical comparison they are not as thick as Glad 13g kitchen waste bags. Be careful when placing sharp objects (like bones or conch shells) in these pouches. I'm not sure how well they work as kitchen trash bags, but they'll probably be fine for general use as long as you don't overfill them.

Very easy to unroll and attach. By the way, check the capacity of the container by lifting the lid and looking under it. My 3 gallon model can only hold 2 of these casters in the space under the drip tray, so the other 2 extra casters are just under the plastic (ha). The consistency of these bags is better than the random quality (and random openings) of grocery bags.

These bags will not fit well in a 5 gallon frame. They fit but are difficult to put on. I wanted to try these because the 5 gallon bags were a little big/long. The 5 gallon bags stick out on the sides when full and it's difficult to close the cabinet door that the frame attaches to. To be honest I would have liked a shorter 5 gallon (similar to a plastic bag) bag. Grocery bags fit fine, except they usually have holes in the bottom.

I bought these bags to use with the Sunbeam Trash Rac. The performance of the bags was fair. I found too many leaks at the bottom of the packages. After using three of the four rolls per box (72 bags), I bought another brand of bags designed for a different rack, Rack Sack Refill Bags (Roll Style) 3 Gallon. They're just perfect for a lot of things. all those tiny cute trash cans that you bought for a reason and put on every corner of your house. fits perfectly. And you can leave the rolls at the bottom of the can under the open pouch. never had to unpack those ugly stacks of grocery bags or deal with those big stacks of mismatched bags.
