Great Product: Amino Acids

I have a lot of pre-workout supplements that I can't stand anymore. I feel like it starts to work (anti-tingling) 40 minutes after taking the supplement, not as stated on the bottle. Take it 2 hours before training. I think it's too long for me. I will definitely buy it again.

I can feel the difference

I use this on my judo days. The reason is that I get up at 6am, run and lift weights and do judo at 9am. If I don't use this training after my training, I feel a difference in my judo results. I don't follow the instructions in front of her. In the past when I took it before a workout it helped with weight lifting. However, due to my time constraints, I only use it after training, before judo. It helps a lot.

Convenient in Amino Acids

Much easier to get at 5g/day than powder. For beta-alanine to work well, you need to take it evenly throughout the day, and it takes a week and a half to show real results. Run a few miles, remember how hard it was, take this substance 5 times. every 2.5 hours every day, then run two miles after 10 days and see how you feel. The accumulation of carnosine in the muscles from beta-alanine increases your endurance. But it's good to reiterate, two months in a row, three months off - I did that.
