No equipment arrived just steps. The outer box was broken but the inner box was fine. Packed was well packaged with no damage.

Everything is fine after switching on. but until then they are a terrible bastard to install. The design requires you to hold up the boards and fiddle with screws and sliding inner brackets. What an uncomfortable PITA. I really recommend that you get a straight bolt set instead of that one footpeg to fit all of them.

I've installed several sets of steps and these were CRAZY the hardest to install because of the adjustable plates with nuts. My suggestion is to toss the instructions in the bin and temporarily mount the brackets to the bodywork so you know where they are in relation to the steps, then loosely connect all the brackets to the steps separate from the car. Tightening the entire assembly is much easier. Also, the whistles are not as heavy as I had hoped. On the plus side, the packaging is great. No
