I love this set! I chose 1 for the package because my first set was chipped. I contacted the seller and he sent me another set! Excellent customer service. Thank you very much

Torn to pieces on arrival. You could hear the parts moving inside the box before it was opened. It was packaged in a slightly larger box, no inflatable packaging.

So the bottle/carafe has arrived. This bottle is tilted slightly to the right or more like a bend and the lid/cap is also DEFECTIVE, the tip is recessed on one side causing the rubber seal to pop out

The price is great for this set Disappointed with the cloudiness of the carafe. Both glasses are crystal clear except for an air bubble in 1. I was expecting a higher quality carafe based on product photos and reviews.

You get what you paid for. The top of the carafe is covered in rubber, making it difficult to remove and detracting (in my opinion) from the elegance of the glasswork. It can hardly be seen in the photo, but not in the product description.

Many whiskey decanters look beautiful decorated with beautiful patterns to make themselves more valuable. Not so with this product. While not made with pretty patterns or exotic shapes, its simple design allows you to focus on what matters most: the whiskey itself. The true excellence of a whiskey lies not in the uniquely shaped bottle it comes in, but in the taste of the whiskey itself.

This decanter set makes a perfect gift! Unfortunately one of the glasses was broken but the seller was so accommodating and even refunded my money for it! The decanter glass was in excellent condition which was my main concern so it wasn't a big deal that one of the glasses was broken. My son-in-law loves whiskey so this would be the perfect gift!

The item I bought, the carafe, was OK. The problem was that one of the glasses that came with it was broken. Following the instructions contacted the seller. I told him I just wanted replacement glass. He told me to send him photos. Painting behind glass for $0.50, funny IMHO. I tried to send him photos but I couldn't find the conditions for attaching a file in the emails he provided. I told him to do his best to have me attach the file.
