New life for old devices!

Ideal for mini video game systems.

Works great connecting SNES Classic to a VGA monitor and external PC speakers, just remember to connect the USB cable to the PC.

Excellent picture quality with this cable

Excellent cable construction for excellent picture quality. I used 2 VGA monitors on my Dell Win 10 Pro system for spreadsheets and code development. I've tried other devices to connect the HDMI port to my second VGA monitor and none of them worked well. This cable did just that, delivering identical video quality to a different monitor.

If it doesn't work with a VGA monitor, connect all cables to the computer.

Trying to use this with a Viewsonic VGA VA 702b monitor. I could not get a picture until I connected the USB and audio adapter to the computer (Lenovo ThinkCentre M700 Core i7-6700T with HDMI only). The monitor doesn't have speakers, so it might not matter what looks like an audio adapter. Be sure to connect the USB cable to the USB port of the PC.

Works great for my PS4 but it's a serious design flaw.

excellent picture quality. Does what it should. However, for PS4, you need to use USB port for power supply. However, the design flaw is that the USB cable is half the length of the HDMI cable. Because it's designed to connect to an old monitor with a VGA port, these older monitors don't have USB ports. So you have to plug it into the PS4's USB port, effectively halving its length. You need to buy a USB extension cable.

Excellent connector for Apple Macbook Air M1, Apple TV and external monitor

Many users of the new Macbook Air have reported problems when using an external monitor. Great product but not suitable for PC.

I wanted to use this product with my desktop PC for work and personal use. Unfortunately it didn't work for that and when the PC is connected to the monitor with this cable it looks static or buggy with weird intermittent lines of light all over the screen moving too much to see. work properly when you use the mouse or anything else moves on the screen.
