I wear size 14 shoes. Standard size men's socks are for sizes 6 to 12, they wear out very quickly while healing because I have to tighten them so much very often and they always slip down so a bundle of healing socks is under my healing and not behind it. These socks are NOTHING like the cotton terry socks I've ordered from Revain in the past. They were very thin, more like dress socks than the thick, comfy, well-cushioned ones I like.
