This is MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED! It looks a little flimsy but is quite durable. The best part is that he stays stable when he's on my memory foam bed and I'm moving! I am impressed! I even forgot my laptop was on the bed and flopped down on the bed and the device stayed stable! There are similar items at higher prices and this one is pretty good so I'm very satisfied. Commenting on another review, I use the bottom of the handle to press down on the dials to keep my manicure going. Adjustments

Very functional and light. It expands with each "hand" to create enough space to sit or lie under the tray. The lip on the tray is actually wide enough to hold a Macboook Air without getting in your hands/fingers, but the two sliding tabs make the grip more secure and can be slid to the side or easily removed. And we're glad we don't have unnecessary fans. (If your laptop doesn't overheat on a table, it won't overheat on a tablet either!)

later Let me first say this is a great stand for the price. I use it to get my laptop up to a good height for Zoom meetings and the markings on all the ports make it very easy to set it up the same way every time. Fabulous! The only problem is the color. I ordered black and received what they call red which is actually some kind of pink. The same thing happened to a colleague who booked a stand for her a few weeks before I did.
