I like how easy it was to setup! It's very user friendly for someone with no experience in any of this software or programming. There were few bugs when we first started using but they quickly patched them up within 24 hours after our initial purchase date (2 weeks ago). We also have great customer support from their team who are always quick at responding back as soon as possible if there ever anything goes wrong during implementation process - which so far has never happened since day 1!!
