half hair ties were exactly what I was looking for. They were more structured. The smoother ones didn't work either, how do they have less resilience/recoil or are they bigger? I'm not going to cut them or anything, but yeah. I noticed a difference and I just tested them. After creating a double loop, the textured ones become smaller/tighter than the smoother ones.
