🚴 Goodyear Bicycle Tube: Quality 24 X 1.75/2.125 Tubing for Optimal Performance Review

I bought two tubes per the installation instructions and started inflating them to a range of 40-60psi as stated on the tire. to 49psi and closed the lid, seconds later it exploded. I inflated the other one to 45psi to avoid exploding again. I think it's a bad batch. I will try to return the broken one.

The tube on my 24" Goodyear bike arrived in good condition and well packaged. 90 seconds after the vacuum, the tire blew out and a crack appeared along a 10½-inch seam. I reinstalled a working old camera. This product is made in China and manufactured and distributed by Kent Int'l under license from Goodyear.

Quick check to get correct numbers. While we assume defective tubes do occur in the manufacturing process, we still need to report them. After 2 months, the weld holding the valve ripped along the seam. This is the same problem, I bought a replacement tube. The tear is too close to the flap to be patched. I am sure that as a child I never had any problems with new whistles.

After one ride it had a hole in the side to the rim. Nothing sharp there. I patched, installed and heard the install click. A new hole was found in the side wall. I've been driving for decades now and I know that I always have to check the tire and rim. Both apartments are 100% inner tube. Son rarely drives so I didn't install the second one so found out if the second ones are any good but honestly I feel like I should throw it out and buy new ones (always have a backup).
