This is a great product. The temp gauge helped a lot getting it up to the recommended fill temp of 205. The only problem is that it doesn't whistle, so don't expect that. They're not designed for that, so I wasn't disappointed.

I really wanted to give this 5 stars but the thermometer only reads 100 F and it's not very helpful when you're trying to pour coffee into ground coffee which is almost 200 degree required. That caveat aside, it's great!

great kettle for drinks! I've used quite a few different kettles and this one stacks up really well. The handle is set quite far from the case which is nice as it reduces the chance of getting burned! I love the built in thermometer.

This kettle is ideal for morning or afternoon tea. The thermometer has always been accurate for me. I'm very impressed with the amount of water it holds in such a compact design. I used to use a 3 liter kettle and it looks a lot more stylish on my stovetop than my old one. Brushed stainless steel looks very elegant.

The quality of workmanship and materials are very good. The amount of water stated is the true maximum as using more water will cause the water from the spout to boil. The filling is really smooth; Probably the best teapot I've ever used. The lid is very tight so use caution when removing the lid from a hot kettle.
