Weak, not nearly as strong as advertised.

You get what you pay for. In order to fit a regular solid metal hammer in, I had to line up all three side by side. I don't know if the quality of their magnet has dropped compared to other reviewers, but it's nowhere near as bad as advertised in their pictures. Also, someone used one of them as a notepad, and one of them has stickers with Chinese text. The captions didn't bother me, other reviewers mentioned stupid stickers and I was planning on removing them. But these magnets, which alone…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Could have chosen a newer model

Depending on your needs, consider a heavier, more durable band.

Not a bad deal for the price but know you paid for it. Empty space at the ends and you can't connect the magnet parts together so you have a gap between them. The width of the magnetic strip isn't optimal for holding heavier items - let's say anything heavier than about 24 ounces "wobbles" in place rather than being tugged and held securely. Let's say magnets. Inexpensive. Not to mention it won't hold heavier items, it just doesn't keep them "safe" in place. As I said before, they may or may…

More than I expected

I ordered them not knowing what to expect. Just because it says it can hold 30 pounds. doesn't always mean it's possible. In this case, however, they can easily carry their weight and maybe more. The magnets are built into a thick, black-coated 14-gauge steel channel. The overall length of each is just over 18 inches, giving you 16 inches of magnetic storage. They are individually bubble wrapped for protection and come with mounting screws. My only minor disappointment is that the red labels…

Started with 3, bought 3 more

Tried using hinges etc. for die plate pliers and screwdrivers but quickly found that they fit some but not all of my pliers, screwdrivers etc. Drawing I would try these. I didn't have a very good photo to share, but not only do they work for pliers and screwdrivers, they also work for vises, large metal shears, spare hacksaw blades, tweezers, chisels, power pliers, welding hammer, drywall saws - all of those metal tools that usually get lost walk or be put in a drawer only to hit you in the arm

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Damaged

Good but could be much stronger

I'm 55 years old and have had a lot of tool magnets but it's pretty weak. Some tools will slip off, especially if they aren't 100% steel or iron (things with handles or cases). Don't get me wrong, they'll hold your sockets and wrenches well, but forget a hammer or anything with plastic or rubber handles. It's 1/16" thick and doesn't stick where (like I wanted to store them). I had to turn them upside down and hang them by protruding keys and even then they slipped down a bit. I had some magnets

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Expensive

These things work but are quite expensive for what you get.

CONCLUSION: They work, but they don't stay calm. Use your common sense and you will be surprised and delighted at how easily you can store, organize and access each steel tool. But ask yourself how much are you really willing to pay for what is essentially a magnetic bar glued into a metal channel? Whether you buy 1 or 12 save a lot of money and go to the port where they load stuff. You'll luckily find the exact same item for almost half the price of Revain's cheapest jungle offering. Please!…
