This thing is simple and effective.

This mini tripod is a winner. It had both a GoPro mount and the typical 1/4-20 mount found on most other cameras. This is a winner if you want a compact gopro tripod.

Seems pretty strong. Leg lock with grooves

Looks pretty sturdy. The legs are fixed by notches, so my only concern is that they will wear out over time and not jam; but otherwise I am satisfied with the product.

Good tripod

Good tripod. I think I use it more for handheld shooting than as a tripod. I've used it on the bottom of my GoPole to turn it into a tripod, but it's a little unstable. I've used it successfully on a cruise to do a time-lapse from the balcony, but I was a little nervous about the boat's rocking. But that's not the case. Works well enough for what it is.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥

  • Expensive

The legs snap into place and the ability to flip them over to use a different camera is a bonus feature! I like the rubber coated feet for extra grip on smooth surfaces. I usually use mine on a glass table top so this tripod stays in place compared to the official one. Aside from using it as a tripod, I also use it as a…

Good, not great, as needed.

If you only use it with Go Pro, great. But this is for use with a pole and if used with that then it's fine. When conditions are ideal (no wind, flat surface) it works well - holds the pole in place. However, if you add wind or uneven ground, the width of the legs is too short to keep the pole upright and they break easily. It's like the weight of the pole and the GoPro is about the maximum weight the legs can support so it doesn't take a lot of extra pressure to fold the legs. It's not good…
