One of my plastic refrigerator door shelves, while cleaning, fell and cracked making it impossible to put it back to hold bottles, etc. I really did not know what would fix it. I ordered the Gorilla Crystal Clear Duct Tape with my fingers crossed. Immediately after its arrival I taped the shelf where it was cracked on both sides as instructed. It is now a permanent part of my refrigerator. It worked 100%. YAY!

This tape is strong and SUPER sticky. I used it to tape up a rip in my car's leather seat, and it took a few tries to cut out the shape I wanted neatly because the glue grabs so hard. I used this to repair a patio screen that had pulled away from the frame on one side. It adheres much better than other tapes I've tried to use for this purpose, and seems pretty weatherproof. I have had my roll for about 4 months now and just recently had the first occassion to use some of it. To me, to be classed Duct tape has a fabric layer, this does not. It is heavy duty, for sure, but basically appears to be heavier than normal packaging tape.Unfortunately, the one small job I have used it on has not turned out well. This clear Gorilla Tape is just as described. It has strong adhesion, it’s waterproof, and it can be removed easily. I find a lot of uses for it, including using it for patch repairs until I can find someone to do a proper repair job. The price from Ebay is comparable to the cost of getting it at a big box store, and Ebay is much more convenient.

Used this amazing tape to hold together a shredded canvas awning. A few days later, extreme winds whipped it around and it stayed completely in place! You can move it around, if needed, when placing it but in a few days it will have a strong bond. I highly recommend this tape and will buy it again. It’s definitely weatherproof in wind, sun or rain.

I needed to cover a hole in a glass window after the mower threw a rock. The hole is about the size of a quarter and as it got colder (and wetter) the issue became worse. I put a piece of Gorilla Tape over the hole and used a metal scraper to press it down really well. It's been up for a couple of months and doesn't show any sign of weather damage. It will show fingerprints, and it's almost impossible not to get fingerprints on the tape. That is the only negative, and not worth removing a star.
