Fantastic tripod, so glad I found it.

Fantastic product. Durable, stable, simple and easily customizable. If you are a shooter then this tripod is for you. Don't even look anywhere else, you won't find a better tripod at this price point, maybe even triple the price. The base is wide and provides a very stable footing, the thing is unlikely to tip over even in the wind. I would recommend this tripod to anyone but especially my fellow shooters.

Needed a table tripod for a medium sized camera (350g).

Needed a table tripod for a medium sized camera (350g) for digital copies of my wife's artwork. The main criterion was the wobbling and the adjustable height. This tripod has neither a removable camera plate nor a locking mechanism to rotate the camera from landscape to portrait - the infamous wobble points. For the price, it's well made - hopefully the plastic and metal parts are durable - and you won't get a mess or wobble. Exactly what I was looking for. Should hold steady with a medium…

It's a great choice. I bought another table tripod

For those who are looking for a table tripod for spotting scopes, this is a good choice. I bought another tabletop tripod thinking it would work with a relatively heavy scope and it wasn't stable enough due to the ability to rotate the base 90 degrees. This tripod eliminates this feature and makes it more stable. Sturdy construction, it will sit on the range table and allow me to use the scope as intended. For shooters, this is a good choice.

Great spotting scope tripod

I bought this tripod for a cheap spotting scope I bought recently (the one that came with it was useless) - it took the view from difficult to very impressive. I almost bought another tripod but am very glad I chose this one. I use it on a bench and it's the perfect height on the lowest settings, but being able to slide higher is a huge plus! It's also very durable - when I was using it, strong winds knocked over other things I had on my bench but not my scope. The legs are made of aluminum and

This is a good tripod for photography

Received today, not disappointed. Those head adjusters, aluminum pins to hold the legs, and an aluminum mid-tube. In addition to the plastic knobs on the head adjusters, the feet have rubber feet, a rubber camera pad to lean against, and an elevation lock knob. Plastic. Ouch. There is also a plastic sleeve to accommodate the center tube in the tripod. I put together the heaviest combo I have, a Pentax K1000 with an Adaptall2 Tamron 80-250mm lens, which weighs just over 6 pounds. At full height,
