Usually every press fit has some kind of barrier to prevent metal to metal or metal to paint contact in our case. In this case there is nothing. Just finished metal surface with power connector underneath. It's okay if you're just good at plugging rusty holes, but anyone who's taken down an old sink faucet knows that doesn't last long. They are good quality and real metal but beware of the 1.5 inch bolt. I had to get 3 tension nuts and 3 long mounting screws to attach them as my granite and sink were too thick. Others had this problem too. They also don't come…
